It's Thanksgiving in the U.S. this Thursday. I want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving and extend an invitation to you to give thanks to God for His blessings at a Thanksgiving Day church service.
At a Thanksgiving Day service at a Christian Science church, you'll hear a message from our Pastor (i.e., passages from the Holy Bible and the Christian Science textbook) on the topic of Thanksgiving. Then there's a time for attendees to share their gratitude with the congregation. It's such a blessing to rejoice with others in the goodness God has brought into their lives, and to to share our own gratitude with others.
If you'd like to attend a service in person, but don't know where the church nearest you is, you can do a quick search here. And if you know participating online is the only way that will work for you this year, you can listen (and contribute!) to the service being held at the church headquarters in Boston.
